With more than 18 years of experience, Poornima has held management roles in the IT and Finance sector. She holds a Computer Engineering degree and has proven to be a successful key member resulting in a strong impact on people through Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Transformation, Leadership Development, and Executive Coaching.
She believes the greatest asset of any organization is its people. So, investing in Talent Development and evolving current processes is imperative.
